On April 19th, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding(Holding) Ltd. announced that the Group recently signed contracts to build 15ships worth a total of US$970 million. The 15 new ships included

★ Six 15000TEU container ships

★ Two 2400TEU container ships (the news has been released, details as per 2 new 2400TEU Container Ships by Sinotrans! )

★ Two 50,000DWT MR oil tankers

★ Three 82300DWT Bulk Carriers

★ Two 31800DWT Lake Bulk Carriers

These ships are scheduled to be delivered between 2022 and 2023. So far this year, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding has secured 75 effective shipbuilding contracts worth a total of US $4.01 billion.
